At Argoob.com orders placed by 3 p.m. (UAE local time, GMT +4) are usually processed the same day or the next business day. Most of the products we sell are drop shipped directly from Argoob’s warehouse. We stock locally, items labeled as “in-stock”, are available in Argoob.com warehouse. Products may ship in multiple boxes, ship from Argoob.com warehouse and arrive on different days depending on the ship method. We ship orders to GCC including: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Argoob.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries.

Packaging Damage

Before signing for your order please make sure to check the packaging for any signs of damage. If any considerable damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us at mohammad@argoob.com or call (050) 5504334 and speak to one of our Customer Service representatives so we can complete the claim and place a replacement order. In case the damage has a slight damage and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but make sure to note the delivery receipt with a description of the damage and write “Subject to Concealed Damage”.

Concealed Damage

As soon as you receive the order, open and inspect your product for any signs of “Concealed Damage”. In case that you encounter any damage you will need to: * Keep your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. * If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. * Contact us at mohammad@argoob.com or call (050) 5504334 and speak to one of our Customer Service representatives so we can complete the claim and place a replacement order.

Freight Confirmation

Some items may need special handling and should be checked by Argoob.com prior to shipping. In this case, a shipping specialist will contact you by phone to confirm the details of your order.

“Aramex” Out of delivery areas (in the Untied Arab Emirates):

The following list details locations within the UAE that are classified as “out of delivery” areas wherein a hand delivery cannot be effected.

Musaffah, GAMCO (Gulf Aircraft maintenance co), Airport terminal 1, After airport site office, Al bahia, Al Khatam, Al Khazna, Al Raha, Al Rahba, Al Saad, Al Samha, Al Sila, Al Watba, Areas starting with telephone number 51******, Bainoona, Baniyas, Beda Zayed, Buhasa, Ghayati, Habshan, Jabel Dhana, Journ ya Four, Liwa, Madinat Zayed City, Mafraq, Mirfa, Mohd Bin Zayed City, Ruwais, Sahamah, Sila, Suwehan, Tarif, Taweelah, Yahar, Asab, Yas Island, Gandoot,Sir Baniyas,Guwaifath,Das Island,Musaffah-ICAD City 2,

Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp),

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security controlled zones and defence areas.

As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the Aramex Abu Dhabi office for the consignee’s collection between 07:30am - 7:30pm hrs.

Non delivery areas in Al Ain/Ajman/ Umma Al Quwain/ Fujairah/Ras Al Khaimah vicinity:

Customs For UAE deliveries, there are no customs charges. For international deliveries, there may be some customs charges depending on where you live. We recommend that you learn more about these in your country prior to placing an order.

Shipping Address Details At the time of placing the order, customers are encouraged to put accurate address details to ensure delivery on time. We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. It is recommended that you are present to accept delivery of your order.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Delivery times may also change and this will be notified to you beforehand.

Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Photo identification may be needed in some cases to accurately verify the receiver.

The following forms of ID are accepted:

  • Original & Valid National ID
  • Original & Valid Driving License
  • Original passport (profile and visa page)

In addition, if “Credit Card Online” are selected as the payment methods then the details on the photo ID should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
